Buyer warrants they will test and use Material according to the practices of qualified scientific professionals and comply with applicable laws.

Buyer further warrants that Material produced with Helix Aura products will not be adulterated or misbranded under the Federal Food, Drug, and Cosmetic Act.

Buyer is responsible for verifying hazards and conducting any necessary research to understand risks and protect staff, handlers, and partners.

Buyer agrees to follow Helix Aura’s instructions for use and not misuse the Material.

By ordering, Buyer confirms they will not use the Material inappropriately and understands that buyers are assumed to be qualified researchers.

Buyer agrees not to post false public claims about Helix Aura and consents to resolve disputes in the local jurisdiction where Helix Aura operates.

This Agreement contains the entire understanding between the parties regarding the subject matter and supersedes any other purchase terms.

No modification of this Agreement is effective unless in writing and signed by both parties.

The Agreement is binding on successors and assigns.

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States of America.

Discussion discontinuation or any other fact does not relieve either party of obligations except for an express written modification.

If any term is held illegal, invalid, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
